Intervention in Organisational Psychology. Organisational Change

The theoretical content of this module focuses on the theory of change and organisational learning, approaches to design and redesign of organisations, and organisational development.  Similarly, the module will deal with topics such as leadership and participation from the point of view of organisational change and team development. The practical content will deal with intervention methods related to the introduction of new technology, quality control, mediation and conflict management, system, communication and security design.
