Evaluation method

This Master's, adapted to the EHEA, uses continuous assessment to evaluate students' work and skills. In this sense, all the activities undertaken by the student throughout the duration of the Master's are evaluated and contribute to the final grade. In the assessment process for each module, basic subject content and required skills are assessed separately.

Theoretical knowledge is assessed through examining the course content taught in each subject. The examination will assess the students’ knowledge of the material given to the student as preparatory work for each class, as well as the topics covered within lectures and seminars. Compulsory and optional subjects are assessed separately.

Meanwhile, practical skills and abilities will be assessed by evaluating reports submitted by the student. These reports will cover the practical exercises carried out in class, as well as the revision activities completed by students at the end of each seminar. These activities are completed individually or in groups and are to be submitted after each seminar. Each activity is weighted according to the number of hours dedicated to its completion.

Finally, the acquisition of research skills and abilities in the area of Organisational Work Psychology are assessed by means of completing and submitting a Master's thesis and presenting a Viva to an academic council.
