This module is dedicated to learning the principal explicative theories and diagnostic skills in the field of Organisational Psychology. Through this theoretical content the course will focus on topics such as the growth of organisations, bureaucratic theory, systems theory, field theory, social construction theory, organisation structure, group processes, power, conflict, decision making, leadership, and climate and culture. The practical content consists of observation techniques, document analysis, report techniques and communication analysis.
