Intervention in Work Psychology

The content of this module is dedicated to learning the theories on change and intervention skills in Work Psychology. The module focuses on the principal theoretical approaches to optimize work activity; this includes social engineering, humanization of work, quality of working life, ergonomics and risk prevention in the workplace. The practical content deals with the main methods and tools for the design and improvement of positions, working teams and the development of skills.
