Advanced Studies in Human Resources. Organisational Evaluation and Development

The content of this module is dedicated to learning the main explanatory theories and diagnostic skills in the field of Psychology of Human Resources. The theoretical content deals with the theories of career and career development, both from the perspective of the person (needs, goals, stages of career transitions, job insecurity, unemployment ...) as well as the organisation ( entry, socialization, psychological contract ...). Within the practical content, topics such as recruitment, selection, training, compensation, interviewing and assessment of individual characteristics are covered.
