This module aims to enhance knowledge and development of skills in the field of OWP. The content of this subject includes the most recent research developments in different OWP-HR topics, their implications for work experience placements and the development of evaluation and intervention methods in these topics. Particular attention will be paid to the topics and requests relevant to European organisations and to the contributions of European researchers in these areas at a global level.

- New values in the workplace, quality of the working environment and (re)design of work positions.
- Work performance and output at work (role innovation, self-regulation, pro-activeness, etc.).
- New organisational methods and their implications for organisational processes and behaviour (flexible working, socialisation in new organisational methods).
- Multi-level study of teamwork, group processes and team building: teams concerned by new technologies and team spirit.
- Organisational development and transformation (managing change, resistance, innovation) consultancy.
- Highly reliable systems. Organisational analysis and safety culture.
- Skills and knowledge management in organisations.
